Built the Data Science function in India from the ground up - hired a high-performing team and established a culture of rigorous, impact-driven work.
Leading multiple strategic Generative and Agentic AI and Macine Learning initiatives to improve how we work and deliver better outcomes for customers.
- Built an automated framework for development of propensity models for marketing teams - a single pipeline from data ingestion to model development and deployment - reducing the time to market from 8 weeks to 2 weeks. Featured in IT News Australia
- Built an in-house Generative-AI driven Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) product to automate the extraction of information from unstructured documents - enabling straight through processing of key customer facing processes. Featured in CIO Inc
